ITS ABOUT TIME - LITERALLY!

As women, we give so much of ourselves to others. Boudoir is the gift we give to ourselves. It’s a chance to reconnect with your inner goddess, quiet the insecurities, and invite your sensuality to rise to the surface.

This experience isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being present. About stepping into your power, owning your story, and giving yourself permission to feel beautiful, bold, and free.

Your boudoir journey is a love letter to yourself. And the images we create together? They're timeless art—reminders of your strength, your softness, your fire.

Start hydrating. Water helps your skin glow naturally. Try to drink a little more each day.

Exfoliate gently. A soft sugar scrub once or twice a week is perfect for smooth, radiant skin.

Try on outfits. Pull pieces that make you feel confident—lace, silk, body suits, leather, even your partner’s shirt. If you're unsure, I’ll help you style it!

Treat yourself. Book a facial, get a massage, or take a long bath—whatever helps you connect to your body in a positive way.

Plan your grooming. Whether you wax, shave, or go natural, schedule it a few days before your session to avoid irritation.

2-3 Weeks Before:

Avoid tanning or trying new skincare. It’s best to skip anything that might cause redness or unexpected reactions.

Touch up nails. Your hands will be in many poses—clean, polished nails (natural or glam) always look great on camera.

Choose your music. Have a playlist that hypes you up? Send it to me and we’ll make sure the vibe feels like you.

2-3 DAYS Before:

Lay out your outfits + accessories. Include extras like heels, jewelry, and anything sentimental you might want to incorporate.

Get plenty of rest. This is important—you’ll feel so much better with a good night’s sleep.

Eat something nourishing. Keep it light and energizing, so you feel good from the inside out.

DAY BEFORE:

Arrive with a clean, moisturized face and dry hair. I’ll take care of the glam!

Wear loose clothing. This helps avoid red marks on your skin before the session.

Bring an open heart. You’re here to celebrate you—exactly as you are.
